My knowledge within trauma inquiry

I have participated in workshops and training with eg. Gabor Maté, MD and Mark Wolynn. I have participated in online training with Dan Siegel, Bessel van der Kolk M.D., Stephen W. Porges PhD, Peter Levine PhD, Pat Ogden PhD, and Ruth Buczynski PhD. Research has now begun to elucidate how trauma is inherited through generations and can occur in the fetal stage as well as early childhood. 

This happens before the memory part of the brain is online so the trauma is stored emotionally in the body and therefore out of reach of consciousness.
